Adam Levine's Protegee Rozzi Crane Sets Out On Her Own

Competing in the voice is not the only way to get Adam Levine to turn his chair. University of Southern California music student Rozzi Crane caught the attention of a much more subtle way.


 His classmates and Jacques Brautbar Sam Farrar of Phantom Planet band, who were working on the music with Crane, showed videos of their performances for the agency Levine. When Levine saw his videos, he shot an email asking you to be the first artist to his new label, 222 Records in September 2011.

Since becoming the protected Maroon 5 frontman , sang with him in Come Away Water for the soundtrack of The Hunger Games ,

written by Glen Hansard and produced by T Bone Burnett. Kendrick Lamar sings in her debut EP, now, and she landed the opening concert of Kelly Clarkson and Maroon 5 tour (ending Oct. 6 in Los Angeles.)
